Having mentioned writer’s block in the previous post, I’ve got to link to this, the best advice for getting over it that I’ve heard (although not being an actual writer, it’s difficult to judge these things). What I’m really admiring here is the way it gets to the point as quick as can be: “Glengoyne is a superior single-malt whisky distilled from barley that’s dried by air and not by peat smoke” and has the strongest ending to any advice column that I can think of: “…don’t discount the two greatest cures for the Block: plagiarism and suicide. Good luck!”
